  4. SmartInstall is the property of Sparkle Technology Co., Ltd.
  5. and is protected by copyright law and international treaty 
  6. provisions.

  8. You are authorized to make and use copies of SmartInstall only 
  9. as part of the application in which you received SmartInstall.
  10. You are not authorized to reproduce and distribute SmartInstall
  11. on a standalone basis. You may not reverse engineer, decompile,
  12. disassemble or modify SmartInstall, except and only to the extent
  13. that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law
  14. notwithstanding this limitation.

  16. SmartInstall IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
  17. KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE
  18. IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A
  19. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE ACCURACY
  20. AND THE USE OF SmartInstall. SPARKLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY
  21. DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE
  22. SmartInstall, EVEN IF SPARKLE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY
  23. OF SUCH DAMAGE.
